With a study in painting, art history, and art philosophy, I worked as a painter for 13 years before I completed management studies, and further educational training pieces in systemic counseling methods and therapies – and turned to business and personal development.
For more than 20 years I ran my own consultancy for brand development and design management. Since 2011, I also work as a Gestalt therapist. Today I advise on organizational and personnel development and I coach on professional and personal issues.
As an author, I have published various books I hold lectures on agile organizational development at the university, and I offer training in systemic and organizational constellations.
From 2019-2022 I was Vice-Chair of the global organization ISCA, International Systemic Constellation Association. I am a certified trainer of the DGfS German Society for Systemic Constellations and a member of INFOSYON.
I was born in Jan 1959, and I am the mother of a grown-up son. I live with my partner Jürgen Ziemann in Cologne and Bruges. With Jürgen, I started CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL in 2019.
Nach einem Studium der Malerei, Kunstgeschichte und -philosophie habe ich 13 Jahre als Malerin gearbeitet, bevor ich ein Managementstudium sowie Aus- und Weiterbildungen in systemischen Beratungsmethoden und Therapien absolvierte und mich dann der Wirtschaft sowie Themen der Persönlichkeitsentwicklung zugewendet habe.
Mehr als 20 Jahre habe ich eine Unternehmensberatung für Markenentwicklung geführt. Seit mehr als 10 Jahren arbeite ich als Gestalttherapeutin. Ich berate in Organisations- und Personalentwicklung und coache zu beruflichen wie persönlichen Themen und habe diverse Bücher über diese Themen veröffentlicht. Ich halte Vorlesungen über systemische Organisationsentwicklung an der Hochschule und bilde Kolleginnen und Kollegen in System- und in Organisationsaufstellung aus.
Ich wurde 1959 in Düsseldorf geboren und bin Mutter eines erwachsenen Sohns. Mit Jürgen Ziemann lebe ich in Köln und Brügge. Mit ihm habe ich 2019 CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL gegründet.
