DESCRIPTION:Javad Nazif: From the Dingli Cliffs to the Silent City of Mdina \nFree participation plus costs for transfer and lunch\nENTERTAINMENT: Excursion to Dingli Cliffs and Mdina \nFrom the Dingli Cliffs to the Silent City of Mdina\nOn every Friday during the CI Malta Retreat\, Javad invites you for an excursion combining 3 highlights. First\, you will visit the amazing Dingli Cliffs and take a one-hour walk to enjoy the most stunning views they allow over the Mediterranean incl. a snack picnic (you bring yourself). \nFrom there you will head for the Silent City of Mdina\, a place that goes back 4.000 years in history with a medieval character and beautiful buildings. After a look around you will have lunch in the restaurant Fontanella which is famous for its delicious food and their also stunning view over the country and the sea. \nYou will meet at 10 AM in the lobby of the Luna Hotel start from there. We will return by around 3 PM/15:00. \nThe transfer costs from Mellieha to Dingli / Dingli to Mellieha/Return depend on the number of participants. Your costs for lunch will be between 20 and 30 euro \nAbout Javad \nOriginally from Iran\, Javad came to Germany as a student and stayed. He started a building business\, which has been running successfully over the last 30 years. 2 Years ago\, Javad handed the management of the business over to his son. \nJavad is the partner of Sanaz and together with her interested in the depth and fractal beauty of life and nature. They live in Cologne\, Germany\, and in Malta. Javad loves meditative walking and invites you to join him.

When we encounter a traumatic event\, our self splits into 3 main parts\, the survivor\, the traumatized part\, and the healthy part. To survive the aftermath of the event\, the Survivor part takes over. It does not allow us to connect with the Traumatised part\, which is trapped in a frozen place\, in a time loop of when the event happened\, or with the Healthy part\, which does not have the resources to reconnect to life healthily. \nIn the case of powerful traumatic events such as sexual abuse\, overcoming the trauma healthily can be a long and complicated process. It is common to experience outbursts of shame and/or anger in daily life and other manifestations. Looking only at the dynamic of victim and perpetrator is often impossible or very painful and a different approach would be required. This workshop aims to look at the reconciliation of these parts and create the reconnection of the split parts to regain a healthy adult place from which to begin the healing process. \nThis workshop is also part of the ADVANCED TRAINING for holders of the SILVER TICKET \nAbout Dragos \nDragos is a Member of the CI Advisory Board. He is working mainly in Romania in several big cities\, offering workshops\, retreats\, and training. He also has international activities in Spain\, Netherlands\, and France\, and international online workshops and training.
