Here our vision of the “all is one” becomes reality. \nMoreover\, the hidden orders of human existence emerge and reveal an almost impenetrable form. Archetypes form a new frontier where appropriate systemic solutions can demonstrate their generalized power as well as their transcultural impact. \nThe experiential reproduction of the archetypal images connects us to our deepest roots that emerge as living and active\, therefore changeable\, elements within us. \nIn this workshop\, Stephanie and Sanaz will introduce you to the various archetypes\, their shadows\, and the impact they have on our lives. \nSanaz  \nI am Iranian\, live in Malta and Germany. 5 years ago\, I discovered constellation work and learned it for my own healing. Since then I have been in the process of learning and working as a facilitator. I am the director of the CI Academy \nStephanie \nOriginally from Germany\, I live in Belgium. I came across Systemic Constellation work in 1998 and have worked in the field ever since.\nFor more than 25 years\, I ran a consultancy for organizational development. Since 2011\, I also worked as a Gestalt therapist\, and since 2016 I have offered international training in constellation work in German and English. DESCRIPTION:Free for holders of a week ticket\nINTERNATIONAL 3-hour Workshop presented by Natalia Spokoinyi\, Russia / Germany \nThe spiritually-oriented 4D systemic constellation as cutting-edge (brand-new) information technology for the short-term therapy of a personal\, familial\, organizational\, or societal injury\nSystemic Constellation as a 3rd generation of science (Resonance Theory); orientation of the Constellation Field to the Highest Values of the client sets\, as it were\, an “Archimedean lever” or a compass in the work\, which brings clarity\, accuracy\, energy. This makes it possible to work with severe trauma in the systemic constellation. Natalia calls such constellations “Maximin-constellations”. In them\, the client receives the maximum resources for the minimum time of constellation and therapy in general. Natalia will show why systemic constellations are no longer therapy of the ψυχή (psyche)\, but the therapy of the spirit. \nFor organizational and political constellations\, Natalia introduces the concept of a trauma or a symptom of an organization or society (for example\, national or religious conflicts) and works with them using the same author’s methods as with the trauma of a person or family. \nTo work with severe trauma it is important to have a lot of energy in the constellation. For this purpose\, it is important to choose the right format of the constellation with a minimum of figures. This is especially important for online constellations. Natalia has developed an author’s format to start working with any constellation. It has a maximum of 2 or 3 figures. To work with any conflict (interpersonal or intrapersonal) she puts 4 figures. Quite often we can find the cause in the loyalty to our previous identity. In the workshop\, we will look at your „other than a coach“ identities and with the help of systemic exercises explore which different sides of these identities can hamper and which can help us make the transition smoother. \nAbout Maria  \nMaria Masycheva is an artist\, PCC ICF coach\, and founder of ArtConnect – a company that helps people (re)-connect with their potential and creativity. As a trainer and a professional coach PCC ICF\, she has given over 1500 hours of webinars\, master classes\, trainings\, and group and individual sessions.
