DESCRIPTION:Free for holders of a week ticket\nINTERNATIONAL 3-hour Workshop presented by Natalia Spokoinyi\, Russia / Germany \nConflict as a Symptom of People\, Organizations\, Groups\, and Societies\nNatalia will demonstrate the method of working with any conflict (including intrapersonal). Conflict is viewed as a symptom\, that splits the integrity of a system\, which we will call the Larger System.  The task is to restore lost integrity. Resolution is always found in the same level of the system in which the conflict began. \nTherefore the key figure in the treatment is the Larger System\, which includes both sides of a conflict and its cause. The work begins with a structural constellation\, in which we place the Larger System as well as figures representing both sides of the conflict plus the conflict itself. Due to this the client can\, in a short period of time\, see the core of the problem and decide what to do next and how to do it. \nAt the workshop\, all author’s methods are demonstrated on the example of real requests of participants. As a result\, everyone can learn how to practically apply them in their own constellations. \nAbout Natalia \nI am the Rector of IIS-Berlin\, the International Institute of Systemic Constellations; since 2013 trainer for value-oriented systemic and online constellations (author of the method “Constellations in online-group”) and master trainer for business constellations; WCP and EAP certified psychotherapist\, Systemic trauma-therapist and author of the 4-part BEMS-Model (Body-Emotions-Mind-Spirit) for short-term therapy for severe trauma; systemic sex therapist; master of theology (Alexander Men University)\, participant of the Ecumenical Congress (Bose monastery) of all Orthodox\, Catholic and Anglican churches; mathematician.
