Unlike family constellations\, it is not about the relationship to others\, but about the relationship and inner attitude to oneself. \nOn our journey through life\, we pass through different stages\, each of which has its inherent consciousness. The LIP maps these stages as a wheel of life. From our adult consciousness\, the here and now\, we look at our time in the womb\, childhood\, and adolescence and see the challenges we faced there. In the adult position\, we stand as the client for ourselves – for the unborn child\, the child\, and the adolescent we choose representatives. From our position\, we see how these experiences have shaped our being. We also see what is and what needs to be integrated. Zena believes that is also our role in constellations. \nIn her workshop\, Zena guides us in finding our eldership niche in the systemic field. \nAbout Zena \nZena was first introduced to Bert Hellinger’s work through her exploration of theatre and Augustus Boal’s ‘Theatre of the Oppressed’ process. She took this into Organisations\, teaching Senior Corporate Executives how to access higher levels of consciousness to influence social change. \nAs a Practitioner of Constellations\, she knows how challenging it can be to create a bridge between our powerful and the current prevailing leadership in organizations. When we encounter a traumatic event\, our self splits into 3 main parts\, the survivor\, the traumatized part\, and the healthy part. To survive the aftermath of the event\, the Survivor part takes over. It does not allow us to connect with the Traumatised part\, which is trapped in a frozen place\, in a time loop of when the event happened\, or with the Healthy part\, which does not have the resources to reconnect to life healthily. \nIn the case of powerful traumatic events such as sexual abuse\, overcoming the trauma healthily can be a long and complicated process. It is common to experience outbursts of shame and/or anger in daily life and other manifestations. Looking only at the dynamic of victim and perpetrator is often impossible or very painful and a different approach would be required. This workshop aims to look at the reconciliation of these parts and create the reconnection of the split parts to regain a healthy adult place from which to begin the healing process. \nThis workshop is also part of the ADVANCED TRAINING for holders of the SILVER TICKET \nAbout Dragos \nDragos is a Member of the CI Advisory Board. The advanced teachings follow the steps of the wheel of the Hero’s Journey. The Introduction Day presents the exciting start of this journey. \nSanaz  \nI am Iranian\, live in Malta and Germany. 5 years ago\, I discovered constellation work and learned it for my healing. Since then I have been in the process of learning and working as a facilitator. I am the director of the CI Academy \nStephanie \nI am German\, living in Belgium and Germany. With a study in painting\, art history\, and art philosophy\, I worked as a painter for 18 years before I completed management studies\, and further educational training in systemic counseling methods and therapies – and turned to business and personal development. I came across Systemic Constellation work in 1998 and have worked in the field ever since.\nFor nearly 30 years\, I run a consultancy for systemic organizational development. Since 2011\, I also work as a Gestalt therapist. I advise on organizational and personnel development and coach on professional and personal issues.\nI am the mother of a grown-up son and live with my partner Jürgen Ziemann\, with whom I started CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL in 2019. \n
