One signpost will be chosen for a constellating\, aimed at increasing relational agency for the most imminently available fragment(s) in the client’s Inner World System\, and including perspectives on expansive and deeper connections to other(s) and the world at large. \nAbout Karin \nI am a lifelong human trauma apprentice\, a Family Constellation student since 1990\, a nationally licensed German Heilpraktikerin & Family Constellation Facilitator since 1993\, a US-trained Systemic Traumatologist since 2000\, and a Systemic Trauma Teacher since 2013. Conflict is viewed as a symptom\, that splits the integrity of a system\, which we will call the Larger System.  The task is to restore lost integrity. Resolution is always found in the same level of the system in which the conflict began. \nTherefore the key figure in the treatment is the Larger System\, which includes both sides of a conflict and its cause. The work begins with a structural constellation\, in which we place the Larger System as well as figures representing both sides of the conflict plus the conflict itself. Due to this the client can\, in a short period of time\, see the core of the problem and decide what to do next and how to do it. \nAt the workshop\, all author’s methods are demonstrated on the example of real requests of participants. To support this process\, we will experience and witness the issue of a participant in growth and connection with everything from an extensive initial meditation and previously selected representatives. We entrust ourselves to the field. Almost without words and with minimal guidance from me in a meditative constellation. \nAbout Christian \nSince 2016 I have been enriching the lives of many others and my own life with the field of systemic constellation work. Since 2018 I have been working with representatives and groups and in 2022 I completed the main course of the “Life Integration Process” with Thomas Gessner. DESCRIPTION:Free for holders of a week ticket\nINTERNATIONAL 3-hour Workshop presented by Natalia Spokoinyi\, Russia / Germany \nThe spiritually-oriented 4D systemic constellation as cutting-edge (brand-new) information technology for the short-term therapy of a personal\, familial\, organizational\, or societal injury\nSystemic Constellation as a 3rd generation of science (Resonance Theory); orientation of the Constellation Field to the Highest Values of the client sets\, as it were\, an “Archimedean lever” or a compass in the work\, which brings clarity\, accuracy\, energy. This makes it possible to work with severe trauma in the systemic constellation. Natalia calls such constellations “Maximin-constellations”. In them\, the client receives the maximum resources for the minimum time of constellation and therapy in general. Natalia will show why systemic constellations are no longer therapy of the ψυχή (psyche)\, but the therapy of the spirit. \nFor organizational and political constellations\, Natalia introduces the concept of a trauma or a symptom of an organization or society (for example\, national or religious conflicts) and works with them using the same author’s methods as with the trauma of a person or family. \nTo work with severe trauma it is important to have a lot of energy in the constellation. For this purpose\, it is important to choose the right format of the constellation with a minimum of figures. This is especially important for online constellations. Natalia has developed an author’s format to start working with any constellation. It has a maximum of 2 or 3 figures. To work with any conflict (interpersonal or intrapersonal) she puts 4 figures. First\, you will visit the amazing Dingli Cliffs and take a one-hour walk to enjoy the most stunning views they allow over the Mediterranean incl. a snack picnic (you bring yourself). \nFrom there you will head for the Silent City of Mdina\, a place that goes back 4.000 years in history with a medieval character and beautiful buildings. After a look around you will have lunch in the restaurant Fontanella which is famous for its delicious food and their also stunning view over the country and the sea. \nYou will start at 10 AM in Mellieha at the Luna Hotel and return by around 3 PM in the afternoon. \nThe transfer costs from Mellieha to Dingli / Dingli to Mellieha/Return depend on the number of participants. Your costs for lunch will be between 20 and 30 euro \nAbout Javad \nOriginally from Iran\, Javad came to Germany as a student and stayed. He started a building business\, which has been running successfully over the last 30 years. 2 Years ago\, Javad handed the management of the business over to his son. \nJavad is the partner of Sanaz and together with her interested in the depth and fractal beauty of life and nature. They live in Cologne\, Germany\, and in Malta. Javad loves meditative walking and invites you to join him.
