A clinical trauma specialist and registered yoga teacher, I work on personal growth and issues ranging from coping with behavioral, emotional and relational difficulties to major life changes and trauma reconsolidation. I am passionate about sharing my life’s work in the skilful integration of psychodynamic and somatic based therapy with movement and mindfulness practices as vital and complimentary components to gro A Certified Family Constellations Practitioner from the ISA-MM Institute, Germany through Monika Wyss and trained in Inherited Family Trauma with Mark Wolynn, I came across Family Constellations over a decade ago after having worked with many therapy and healing modalities trying to navigate my own traumatic past and suffering. It was the missing piece of the healing puzzle for me. Family Constellations has been fundamental in helping me process my developmental and attachment trauma and inadvertently resolve and break many patterns of family dysfunction. Constellations work has contributed towards me and my clients’ healing in profound ways. Hence it is now an essential part of my therapeutic practice and continues to enrich my life, work and conversations.
