Dear fellow people seeking to better yourselves and your lifes. I am just like you! I do not have all the answers, instead I have many questions. Additionaly, I am a UK registered nurse who is also a family constellation facilitator according to Bert's Hellinger method, leading sessions with people online. As a qualified bodyworke, I have been helping to release the trauma stored directly within the body with the help of the biodynamic craniosacral therapy approach. I am skilled at facilitating guided meditations and visualizations. The serious health problems of my daughter led me to embark on a search for the origins of her trauma and its possible links with my daughter's conditions. In her healing process, I used stories to encourage the development of healing attitudes in my daughter, to promote understanding of healing concepts, or to externalize problematic behaviors. Some of those stories have been captured in the popular children’s series Sneezy. My passion for research also encouraged me to combine the insight from my healing journey with the published scientific work and thus amalgamate the knowledge from many seemingly disparate scientific disciplines.
