At Many Ways I support individuals, convene groups, guide organizations, and officiate ceremonies, offering Systemic Constellations, coaching, and consulting. My family constellation and coaching clients are often drawn to the sensitivities I’ve developed through experiences as a wedding officiant, birth doula, breastfeeding peer counselor, advocate for children with diverse needs, equity champion, caregiver/navigator for ill and aging parents, and very happily married person. My organizational constellation and executive coaching clients are often drawn to my nearly 25 years’ experience as a nonprofit executive. My specialties are leading strategic initiatives, structural and cultural equity transformations, large scale collaboration, high~stake mediation, and mentoring staff and volunteers. As a seasoned facilitator and experienced advocate for justice and liberation, I center growth of trust in relationships and shared learning, while building alliances to advance collective goals. I hold certifications in systemic constellation facilitation, equity-informed mediation, and empowerment-focused coaching.
