I am Bhavya Kumar (she/her) and I have completed my Master’s in Applied Psychology (Clinical and Counselling Practice) Additionally, I am a certified systemic coach (IPHM, UK) who works with intergenerational trauma related to different issues by using systemic constellations. I have specialized and trained in trauma therapy and issues related to Issues related substance use and behavioural addictions. My approaches are mainly integrative i.e. I identify what works best with the client and then use a mix of different approaches; some of them (but not limited to) are narrative therapy, systemic work, psychodynamic framework and attachment theory. My practice is trauma-informed and LGBTQI+ affirmative. Alongside this, I am also trained in basic and advanced Tarot Practices and use some of the techniques in my therapy as well.
