More than 10 years’ background the financial industry responsible for institutional clients with increased responsibility. Moreover, I also contributed to the launch of a venture-capital-related start-up (Germany/Silicon Valley) and held various leadership roles in a HR consultant and telecommunication company. My strong background in boosting individuals and teams in their leadership, personal and organizational development, agile mindset and change helps me to best serve the needs of my clients. I strongly believe that digitalization and disruptive ways of working will impact the future of leadership and people development. Mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Finanzindustrie, verantwortlich für institutionelle Kunden mit wachsender Verantwortung. Darüber hinaus habe ich an der Gründung eines Venture-Capital-bezogenen Start-ups (Deutschland/Silicon Valley) mitgewirkt und habe verschiedene Führungspositionen in einem Personalberater und einem Telekommunikationsunternehmen verantwortet.
