I have been an ethics & compliance practitioner for several years. As part of the path, I realized I could combine my profession with organizational constellations to help my organization focus on doing what benefits the most while fulfilling its purpose. Since then, I have been combining systemic work with internal ethics programs. This has resulted in an interesting mix of activities: teaching, investigating behavioral causes, and influencing people from varied backgrounds and contexts. Still learning about myself and the systems I belong to.
