I am 66 years old. I live alone after my husband died 4 years ago. We had been together for a lifetime, and everything has been different for me in the years after. I sold our house, moved to an apartment, covid came, moved from one work-apartment to another. A lot of change! When I was 16 years old, I learned to meditate, and I moved from my family to an ashram, where I lived for some years. I feel I have a connection within me, that offers support and some peace in the middle of chaos, and I am thankful for that. From a young age I was political active, and both the inner life, the social and the political sides of life, interests me. Many years ago I met “Deep Democracy” and Arnold Mindells work, which I started to learn more about and use in my practice. Later I met Art of Hosting and Constellations and began to learn and use it in my practice. I participated in a lot of training and I was lucky that I could immediately begin to use, what I learned in my groups. I am pluralistic in my approach. I like to use visual materials – and of course figures and typical constellation materials.
