Constellation is neither a magic wand, nor a search for a solution, nor a way of “solving a problem”. It's an invitation to observe reality unfiltered by our conditioning and personal histories, from which we sometimes have great difficulty separating ourselves. It enables us to step out of our individual myths and become part of the larger story of humanity, where we can find our rightful place. More than a therapeutic tool, for me constellations are a way of life, a choice to enter into relationship with the invisible and collective intelligence of the Living. I'm not looking for “solutions”, I'm much more interested in the idea of creating a space that allows human beings to deeply feel their humanity and the strength of their connection to everything around them. It's also a space which, through its philosophy based on radical inclusion of all that is, offers us a way out of the outer and inner dualities we've cultivated since childhood (good/evil, acceptable/inacceptable, shadow/light, good/bad, executioner/victim) and places us on another plane, where everything has a place and we're connected to something greater than ourselves. As an adept of silence, I consider that the facilitator's greatest task is to “be there without being there”, i.e. to accompany by completely abandoning one's own projections, mental constructs and opinions, in order to be fully available to what emerges, both from the consultant and from the constellation. Finally, I consider ethics to be an absolute priority in this work, which requires a constant look at one's own shadow zones, one's relationship to power and its entanglements with the role of “helper”.

La constellation n'est ni une baguette magique, ni une recherche de solution, ni une façon de "régler un problème". C'est une invitation à observer la réalité dénuée des filtres de nos conditionnements et de nos historiques personnels, dont nous avons parfois beaucoup de mal à nous séparer. Elle permet de sortir de nos mythes individuels pour nous inscrire dans une histoire plus large de l'humanité et y trouver notre juste place. Plus qu'un outil thérapeutique, pour moi les constellations sont un mode de vie, un choix d'entrer en relation avec l'intelligence invisible et collective du Vivant. Je ne cherche pas à apporter de "solutions", je suis bien plus intéressée par l'idée de créer un espace qui permette aux humains de ressentir profondément leur humanité et la force de leur connection à tout ce qui les entoure. C'est aussi un espace qui, par sa philosophie basée sur une inclusion radicale de tout ce qui est, nous propose de sortir des dualités extérieures et intérieures cultivées depuis l'enfance (bien/mal, acceptable/inacceptable, ombre/lumière, gentil/méchant, bourreau/victime) et de nous placer sur un autre plan, où tout a une place et où nous somme connectés à plus grand que nous. Adepte du silence, je considère que le plus grand travail du facilitateur est d'arriver à "être là sans être là", c'est à dire d'accompagner en abandonnant complètement ses propres projections, constructions mentales et opinions pour être pleinement disponible à ce qui émerge, à la fois du consultant et de la constellation. Enfin, je considère que l'éthique est une priorité absolue dans ce travail, ce qui demande un regard constant sur ses propres zones d'ombre, son rapport au pouvoir et ses intrications avec le rôle d'"aidant".
