Between 2000 and 2017, Hakan pursued a career in Sales and Marketing in leading large companies in the Telecommunications industry and took on managerial and leadership roles. After a restructuring process of approximately 4 years starting from 2017, Hakan developed vocational training programs in different branches such as the "Enneagram System Teacher training", Professional Coaching training, Systemic Concstellations Facilitation training and Trainer Training and started to provide training (2020). Hakan established the METACYSTEMIC Awareness Development and "The Systemic Work" Platform at the beginning of 2024 by gathering 4 different schools providing professional competence and development training under one roof. ..He also holds the title of International Martial Arts Instructor (Aikido and Ju-Jitsu) with over 30 years of experience and has a professional career including Country Representative (WJJF, 2014-2015).
