I work with professional women who are struggling to cope, who are dealing with high levels of anxiety, who are stuck in difficult emotions they cannot move on from, and feel like they have lost themselves in the process. They are looking to find inner peace, feel like they are back in control of their lives and find their way back to themselves. I work with family systems theory because I have personally found that no matter how much we read and how much talk therapy we have done (which I am a fan of and use), it does not go far enough. There is still always that stuck piece and this is where family constellations comes in. You need to really step into and feel your family history, to understand who you are today, find a new perspective on what happened, so you can release it and find permanent healing.
