Peter Rost is an expert on entrepreneurship, leadership and collaboration. As consultant, coach and mentor, Peter supports founders, entrepreneurs and investors to bring their ideas to life and make sense of their organisations. Peter holds certification in Coaching from Prof. Harald Geißler (OCL Coaching) and in systemic constellation from Prof. Georg Mueller-Christ (MC-Managementaufstellungen). Peter completed the Theory U Programme from MIT, Boston, and participated in the ALIA program at Naropa University, Colorado. He is a practicing member of the Buddhist Shambhala community. He studied Business Administration and Economics at the University of Cologne, where he graduated in 1992. Peter Rost was born in 1963 in Cologne, Germany, grew up in England, his mother is Australian and his father is German. Today he lives in Cologne with his wife and has two, now adult, daughters from first marriage. He likes to spend as much time as possible in Anglia, a small peninsula, protruding into the Bay of Kiel of the Baltic Sea.
