We are Stephanie Hartung and Jürgen Ziemann — the founders of Constellators International.
What began as a simple idea for collaboration has since become something much greater: a vibrant, global community of systemic counsellors and consultants, united by a shared devotion to the deeper intelligence that flows through all systems. Together, we explore, apply, and honour constellation work — not only as a method, but as a living, breathing science of connection and insight in whatever field people are active.

– We have built the World Library to gather and share systemic knowledge from all cultures and languages
– Every second year, we gather in Malta to share systemic highlights, introduce hidden gems, welcome newcomers, build strong networks, and celebrate this extraordinary journey.
