About the event
After a short introduction on organisational systemic work, we will work with some very simple, effective formats for working in organisational systems. Both for org. issues as well as formats for systemic leadership in complexity. Problems want to be understood and loved. After having worked for +20 years in organisations at various managerial levels, I have dedicated myself to systemic executive coaching and systemic leadership development advising senior management and Boards. I co-authored a book on the systemic integration of Mergers and Acquisitions called ‘Emergent’.
