In this course, you will learn to effectively guide constellations and professionally support clients in overcoming their personal challenges.You will get to know and apply the basics and principles of constellation work.You will use professional issue clarification, genogram creation, and rituals.You will be able to apply the method both in person and online as the situation requires, and integrate its effectiveness into your work.You will develop action alternatives for your clients and sustainably transfer them into their lives.You will get to know yourself better, create order and harmony within yourself and others.

Timestructure

The training for Systemic Constellation Work is a certificate course and consists of:

Scope:8 weekend modules in presence + 7 online evenings

When: Fridays from 2 PM to 8 PM, Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM, online evenings from 6 PM to 9 PM

Duration: September 26, 2025 - June 20, 2026

Additionally: Collecting one's own constellation practice, group self-experience, peer group work,final exam (live constellation under supervision)
Total scope of the training: 221 teaching units

Qualification: Certificate, recognized by Constellators International

Where: Teamvilla Korneuburg - on the outskirts of Vienna, easily accessible by the rapid transit train, parking available, as well as online via Zoom.

Group size: Max. 15 persons

Content:

Basics, history, and possibilities of constellation work, systemic thinking, attitude as a coach

Constellation process, formats, orders, principles of constellation work, including family constellations, organizational topics, symptom constellations, inner team, etc.

Perception training and methods of holistic support, communication, boundary-setting and return rituals

Constellation work in counseling/coaching, both individual settings as well as couple settings and in groups/teams.

Live and online applicationWorking with floor anchors, figures, and boards as well as with imagination

Biography work: creation of genograms, time-line work, life integration processTransfer of solutions into everyday lifeAddressing and reflecting on own issues, leading constellations even under supervision

Die Ausbildung für Systemische Aufstellungsarbeit ist ein Zertifikatslehrgang und umfasst:

Umfang:
8 Wochenend-Module in Präsenz + 7 Online-Abende

Wann: jeweils Freitag 14-20 Uhr, Samstag 9-17 Uhr, online-Abende von 18-21:00 Uhr

Dauer: 26.9.2025 - 20.6.2026

Zusätzlich: Sammeln eigener Aufstellungspraxis, Gruppenselbsterfahrung, Peergruppenarbeit,
Abschlussprüfung (Live-Aufstellung unter Supervision)

Gesamtumfang der Ausbildung: 221 UE

Abschluss: Zertifikat, anerkennungsfähig bei Constellators International

Wo: Teamvilla Korneuburg - am Stadtrand von Wien, gut mit der Schnellbahn erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden, sowie online via Zoom.

Grundlagen, Historie und Möglichkeiten der Aufstellungsarbeit, systemische Denkweise, Haltung als Coach

​Aufstellungsablauf, Formate, Ordnungen, Prinzipien der Aufstellungsarbeit, u.a. Familienstellen, Organisationsthemen, Symptomaufstellung, Inneres Team, etc.

​Wahrnehmungsschulung und Methoden der holistischen Begleitung, Kommunikation, Abgrenzungs- und Rückgaberituale

​Aufstellungsarbeit in der Beratung/Coaching, sowohl Einzelsetting als auch Paarsetting und in Gruppen/
Teams. Live und Online-Anwendung

​Arbeiten mit Bodenankern, Figuren und am Brett sowie mit Imagination

​Biografiearbeit: Genogrammerstellung, Time-Line-Arbeit, Lebensintegrationsprozess

​Transfer der Lösung in den Lebensalltag

​Eigene Anliegenbearbeitung und Reflexion,
selbst unter Supervision Aufstellungen anleiten

​Schriftliche Unterlagen zur Theorie, Literaturliste
