The Art of Cultivating SpacesAbout Paula
Paula Lavareda is a choreographer, dancer, bodyworker, and systemic therapist specializing in the embodied facilitation of systemic constellation work, and Co-founder of the Interbeing Institute. She developed her unique approach, enhancing body awareness in systemic constellation work to achieve sustainable solutions and healing processes.
Originally from Rio de Janeiro, Paula has worked around the world, driven by her passion for how different cultures affect the body.
At the Interbeing Institute, Paula facilitates the integration of body awareness, authentic movement, and systemic constellation work, helping people reconnect with their authentic selves. Her ability to relate and read the body cultivates a profound space for transformation.
