About the event

In this workshop, we will explore ways to come to (more) peace with a family member, friend, or partner with whom the relationship has been damaged (personal level).

And we will explore how opposing groups can find (more) peace (collective level).
We will work with the Systemic Ritual method, a transformative approach to constellation work, enriched with the profound elements of shamanic rituals. This innovative method was developed by Daan van Kampenhout, who delved into shamanism early in his life. In the 1990s, he discovered the powerful work of Bert Hellinger, and was deeply moved by the depth and healing potential of this approach.

What can you expect?

In this workshop, you will experience one of the essences of Systemic Ritual – connecting with resources. In Systemic Ritual, compared with family constellations, the emphasis is more on the elements that give strength to a person and not so much on the elements that weaken the system by unprocessed trauma.

Resources are ‘elements’ that give support or strength to the client or a group, enabling a healing movement.
In Systemic Ritual, people may be asked, for example, to represent ‘healers’ or power animals or plants with certain characteristics or strength-giving ancestors.

We will perform several rituals in subgroups as well as with the entire group of participants.

About Susanne

Susanne Hazen graduated in 1988 from the University of Utrecht with a degree in Psychology. She also graduated in Natural Medicine. In 2002, she started her practice.

She has been teaching Psychology / Therapeutic Training at various courses in CAM (Complementary and Alternative Medicine). Susanne followed various trainings in Family constellations and other spiritual work.

Since 2003, she has immersed herself in shamanic work and Systemic Ritual and has participated in various training sessions with Daan van Kampenhout in Europe.

Over many years, Susanne has experimented with various combinations of Systemic Ritual and Systemic Constellations. Her profound knowledge of Natural Healing methods helped her develop a unique way of working and thinking. This has led to an approach in which practical applications and connecting to inner wisdom go hand in hand.

Her approach is spiritual but, at the same time, down-to-earth. With her passion for travelling and immersing herself in different cultures, combined with all the knowledge she has gained, she is a teacher with her style and is open-hearted to all that is.

She gives online and in-person courses in Systemic Ritual and consultations.
