An Emerging Field of Voices
to be expressed in all their forms.
Systemic Art Voice & Performance is an emerging field of practice that circles around a few essential areas of inquiry and longing for one of its current source-holders, Ali Warner.
These include:
How might welcoming voices & expressions that go beyond our dominant spoken languages, including nature voices, singing sounds, chants, calls & cries, bring new possibilities to our systemic processes?
What more could we experience through opening to aspects of emergent art practice as it exists in certain kinds of collective performance, and including this to a greater degree in our constellations?
What can we learn from naming & exploring a potential polarity of the systemic process leader as creating-and-holding-space-for-others vs. the systemic process leader as performing-and-activating-the-field?
How can we continue to deepen our familiarity with more-than-human beings that are present & have contributions to make in our collective systemic fields, including animals, plants, elements, energies, and non-visible beings, through allowing them voice & gesture in a directly embodied way?
How might voice & body art practices, including singing, reciting, rhythm, and movement, open up new kinds of energy and aliveness in our constellations and lead to expansive and nourishing systemic experiences of collective emergent dance and song?
This feels like a steadily unfolding path of discovery with lots of twists and turns and stops and starts, and yet somehow the next step forward keeps appearing just when it is needed. Welcoming all fellow travellers and explorers who might be on similar or interconnecting paths to this one to connect for different moments of companionship and inspiration along our developing way.

Ali Warner is a systemic art voice practitioner, singer and facilitator who leads processes that are designed to help the collective system come into greater resonance with itself and individuals to experience their full voice.
She has a background in whole-system methodologies and voice-based collective performance and is inspired to deepen her exploration of these and how they might intersect through her participation in CI.
