How to Become a Presenter at Our Congress
1. Requirement:
Your CI Recognition
All presenters at our congresses and retreats must be recognised by CI as a Constellator. If you do not yet have CI recognition, you can apply for it with us. We will review your application within 24 hours.
2. Please Do Not Buy Your Congress Ticket Yet
As a presenter, you will receive a personal €150 voucher towards your congress ticket. Please wait until you have received your voucher code before booking.
3. Request the Application Form
Send us a short email at call@constelators-international.com requesting the “Call for Workshops” form.
We will send it to you within 12 hours.
4. Complete and Submit the Form
Complete the form and return it to us together with a recent profile photo.
5. Confirmation of Your Workshop
We will check that we have received all the required information and confirm your workshop within 24 hours of receiving your complete application, provided that presenter places are still available.
6. Your Personal €150 Voucher
Once your workshop has been confirmed, you will receive your personal congress voucher worth €150.
To set up your voucher, we need the email address associated with your Stripe account, which you also used when applying for CI recognition. Your voucher is valid only with this email address.
7. Book Your Congress Ticket
You can now book your congress ticket and redeem your personal €150 voucher when making your booking.

As a participant in our Chiemsee Retreat, there is really only one thing you need to do: arrive, settle in, and enjoy our time together in this extraordinary place.
The centuries-old monastery, the idyllic Fraueninsel and the surrounding nature have an almost timeless, elemental quality. This is a place that invites us to become still, awakens a sense of humility, and reminds us that we are part of something greater. Here, we find space for deep reflection, meaningful encounters, and the simple joy of being.
It is especially important to us that everyone finds their own place within our community. Our morning gatherings and shared meals offer opportunities to get to know one another and develop a sense of connection. We want everyone, including those travelling alone, to feel welcome and part of the community from the very first moment.
Alongside the workshops and contributions from our colleagues around the world, we create opportunities to come together in smaller groups: to share experiences, sing, meditate, move or do whatever feels right in the moment. Everything is an invitation; nothing is an obligation.
