Alex trained with Bert Hellinger as well as at the Systemic Institute of Britain with Richard Wallstein, Judith Hemming She participated in ongoing courses with Albreht Mahr, Gunthard Weber, Jacob Schneider ,Guni Baxa , Hunter Beaumont, Francesca Mason . She is in Supervision for her Family Constellation work. Alex runs Family Constellations workshop “Circle of Love ” in London. Her gift is to explain in easily understood language, just how you can bring around the change that you want in your life My approach combines the best traditional psychotherapy methods ,- helping you to create powerful and meaningful goals and develop and execute clear strategies to achieve them – with proven skills of facilitation for change. I will work with you on the change you need to introduce to your life. I will provide you with tools and techniques that are proven to enable you to overcome the biggest of challenges and create the beliefs, habits and capabilities that can transform your life.
