I grew up in a Used Bookstore surrounded by knowledge, but my favorite section was always the Metaphysical/Healing section, so my mind has always been open to the magic of the Universe. And what are Constellations, if not magical? If the heart is open, and the person is willing, Constellations can shift energy and let the love flow. And don’t we all need more love flowing into our lives? I discovered this work over 15 years ago and feel the power every time I step into “The Field” in real life or on Zoom. I love working with the core family units, and generally practice a very traditional form of facilitating. One of my teachers, Susan Ulfelder, was a close friend of Bert Hellinger, and trains in a very classical method. I have completed both beginner and advanced training with her program. She has both patience and stability in The Field, with many stories about working with Bert, and her classes are excellent. I strongly recommend her training program for a strong foundation in facilitating Family Constellations. I also worked in the representative roles for many years with Brigitte Sztab, working on many of my own issues. It’s so important for a facilitator to come to a constellation with a “clean slate” and not bring their own issues in “The Field” of others. And while Constellations are not perfect for everyone, I believe they shift energy so other forms of healing can move forward easier, without blocks. I received my facilitator certification right before the world shifted, so I have worked on Zoom for the last 3 years. While I prefer live constellations, Zoom can bring people together from all over, and that in itself is beautiful. I usually hold weekly groups, so I have facilitated everything from Family Constellations, Business Constellations, Social Constellations, Pet Constellations and even Cosmic Constellations. I feel comfortable doing all of these, and am always excited to find new ways for this work to help people. And while the work is usually heavy, I try to keep the energy moving in a light way. I usually work in groups, but am happy to also host one on one constellations. When are you ready to start feeling better??
