My journey weaves together psychology, creativity and holistic guidance. After studying art and completing various additional trainings, I pursued training in phenomenological psychology, lifeintegrationprocess and constellation work, as well as psychological counselling. My work is centered around systemic approaches, elements of Gestalt counselling, and a phenomenological attitude. I focus on the connection between body and soul, as well as personal growth. Additional qualifications in shamanic counselling, yoga, nuad, body and energy work, tibetan buddhism and meditation enrich my integrative approach.

Mein Werdegang verbindet Psychologie, Kreativität und ganzheitliche Begleitung. Nach einem Kunststudium und diversen Weiterbildungen folgten Ausbildungen in phänomenologischer Psychologie, Lebensintegrationsprozess und Aufstellungsarbeit sowie psychologische Beratung. Systemische Ansätze, Elemente der Gestalt-Beratung und eine phänomenologische Grundhaltung bilden den Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit. Mein Fokus liegt auf der Verbindung von Körper und Seele sowie der persönlichen Entfaltung. Zusätzliche Qualifikationen in Schamanic Counselling, Yoga, Nuad, Körper- und Energiearbeit, tibetischem Buddhismus und Meditation bereichern meinen integrativen Ansatz.
