Too many people are sacrificing their own wellbeing, and disconnecting from the people they love, because they are chasing a promise they made to themselves way-back-when. I support people reset that goal, and dream BIG and about the contribution they want to make. I'm not a surface scratcher, and believe that every business problem is a personal problem in disguise. The people that I accept in my practice are expected to go deep into their own patterns and put in the WORK. They have to be willing to challenge what they have always thought was 'normal'. And the reason I want to spread that is because of my personal story of course. I've been in Corp, I've had big teams and I often sacrificed everything for the 'next level'. I know the self-doubt, imposter syndrome, etc etc, I know how difficult it is to give up that life... and I know how fulfilling it is when you eventually do. But for those who don't want to, or feel they can't, I want to offer them a different perspective; that even though some things are common, that doesn't make it normal.

Demasiadas personas están sacrificando su bienestar y desconectándose de las personas que aman porque persiguen una promesa que se hicieron a sí mismas hace mucho tiempo. Ayudo a las personas a redefinir ese objetivo y a soñar en grande, enfocándose en la contribución que realmente quieren hacer. No me quedo en la superficie; creo que cada problema de negocio es, en realidad, un problema personal disfrazado. Las personas que acepto en mi práctica deben estar dispuestas a profundizar en sus propios patrones y hacer el TRABAJO. Tienen que desafiar lo que siempre han considerado "normal". Y quiero difundir este mensaje precisamente por mi propia historia. He estado en el mundo corporativo, he liderado grandes equipos y, muchas veces, lo sacrifiqué todo por alcanzar el "siguiente nivel". Conozco la duda, el síndrome del impostor, etc., sé lo difícil que es renunciar a esa vida… y sé lo increíblemente satisfactorio que es cuando finalmente lo haces. Pero para quienes no quieren o sienten que no pueden hacerlo, quiero ofrecerles una perspectiva diferente: el hecho de que algo sea común no significa que sea normal.
