Chhavi Damani is a trauma-informed subconscious healing practitioner and the founder of Chaitanya Healing. She helps adults gently heal childhood wounds, emotional pain, anxiety, people-pleasing patterns, and parent related wounds by working at the level where these patterns are actually stored the subconscious nervous system. With formal training in Psychology (Bachelor’s and Master’s), she is a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Regression Therapist and Family Constellation facilitator, and integrates sound, crystal and art-based therapies to create deeply regulating, non-overwhelming healing experiences. A former university professor and PGT, Chhavi blends academic grounding with intuitive, body-based healing modalities creating spaces where people finally feel safe, seen and able to release what they have carried for years.
