My healing path began at 18 when I met my biological father and vowed to stop walking with my head down. From childhood I sensed we are souls on a journey; organised religion never resonated, yet spirituality always did. After mundane jobs and a decade as a flight attendant (ended abruptly after 9/11), I), I discovered the transformative power of breathwork. That single hour changed everything. I returned to university, earned a degree in contemplative psychotherapy, certified in Holotropic Breathwork, and immersed myself in Family & Systemic Constellations. My first Constellation experience came in 2002 during a Rebirthing training in Virginia. I instantly knew this mystical, sacred work was my calling. My core trainings were with Mark Wolynn & Suzi Tucker (2007), followed by Dan Cohen & Emily Blefeld, Jamy & Peter Faust, Bertold Ulsamer, Vivian Broughton and others. In 2012, despite feeling unready, inner guidance insisted I lead my first two-year facilitator training. I obeyed. Since 2017 I have steadily trained facilitators worldwide, having now guided 8–10 year-long programs in both classical and advanced/shamanic constellations. Today my work has naturally expanded into the shamanic dimensions of the field: multidimensional collaboration with the knowing field, and the gentle removal of low-vibration imprints (curses, black magic, ancestral sacrifices, entities and attachments) from personal and family systems. I currently train and mentor an international community in both traditional Systemic Constellations and Shamanic Constellation approaches, and continue to serve clients and groups in-person/online trainings from my bases in Bali and Moldova.
