I found Family Constellation truly resonate with me and I started to use FC on myself. I saw the shift in my life especially putting myself back in the order of love. I realised how I was affected badly in the family system and my saviour mode to save my mother, and siblings. I was brought up by my single mother and excludes my father in my life. I have seek many therapist who use differently modalities to assist my self sacrificing mode and wound. Nevertheless, I found FC works much deeper and target on the root cause. It’s really fascinating and my perception changed realising I am entangled with my the family and ancestor trauma, pain, being excluded and the secret of the family is not acknowledge and honour. So much of deep work to work out on family system. It really a big transformation to see my love and bonding with my family, children and my parents shifted. I am at peace and balance with my life after FC. Therefore, I would like to serve FC as a practitioner to bring this awareness and assist others. I have started serving constellation with dolls with my clients. The inner satisfaction within me to see this work bring so much of harmony to my clients.
