I am a Master Constellator with more than 15 years of experience facilitating systemic constellations in both Romania and the United Arab Emirates. My practice combines depth, rigor, and accessibility, rooted in a commitment to bringing constellation work to diverse cultures and contexts. Over the years, I have trained under and been mentored by some of the most respected names in the field, including Barbara Morgan, Marion Latour, Jonine Lee Gabay, Cecilio Fernández Regojo, and Bibi Schreuder. My learning has spanned a wide range of approaches and applications—family and systemic constellations, systemic dynamics in organizations, systemic pedagogics, systemic management, trauma and healing, leadership, innovation, and personal development. My professional foundation is built on a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Psychology, further enriched by qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and other transformative practices. This multidisciplinary grounding allows me to integrate psychological insight with systemic and therapeutic tools, offering clients a profound and multidimensional approach to growth and systemic healing.
