Over the years I’ve learned to embrace my inner rebel and challenge the status quo. You’ll hear me speak about what I see as the three major disconnects; disconnection from self, disconnection from others, and disconnection from the environment. If we were deeply connected to ourselves, we wouldn’t treat others the way we do and we wouldn’t do to our environment what we do. My work is focused on reconnection. My Vision – A Unified World where Communities Thrive and My Mission – Being a catalyst to eliminate UNnecessary Trauma from the world through trauma sensitivity education and training, is what drives me in service of humanity.I believe humanity is suffering from unresolved transgenerational collective trauma that is manifesting as our societal issues. At 6 months old my 2nd child was diagnosed with a rare childhood cancer affecting the retina (she survived and was left blind by 3). My own long term childhood trauma from living in hidden domestic violence led me to studies and my own trauma recovery. Systemic constellations play a significant role in all of my work.
