About me

Ex-American gone native in Norway and loving it. Mother. Dancer. Gardener with a deep and reverent connection to Mother Earth. Like so many others, I come from a LONG line of trauma, with tribal extinction, war, violence, dominance and betrayal. In this life and previous. After a near death experience in 2021 I became aware that these themes also exist in another dimension, in my other than human form. It couldn’t have been more existentially challenging. My intention is to bring my joy and knowledge, as an elder, to the younger generation. I use Systemic Constellations, ceremonial cacao, Jungian inner journeys, nervous system regulation exercises, sound and Ecstatic Dance.
