He is a published author, focusing on Theatre in Education, Performing Arts Teacher Education, and Arts–Business Collaboration. Founder of Master Builder Consulting, Dr. Fan applies Systemic Constellations to provide innovative, transformative, and sustainable training for enterprises and organizational leaders. He is also a Certified INFOYSON Master Trainer for Organizational Constellations and a certified facilitator of The Samurai Game® for leadership and team building. Dr. Fan serves as a Fulbright Campus Advisor at National Taiwan Normal University.
