After more than 20 years experience in multinational companies supporting the introduction of new product developments, I decided to embark on a new path in life and subsequently established my coaching business. As a career coach working with employees at major brands, I offer clients the possibility to develop their potential to take on new responsibilities, gain more clarity about career orientation and find work which is better adapted to their personality. In 2022 I started to train in family and organisational constellations with a view to helping clients move beyond current inner limits to expand their potential. Important themes in my coaching are ‘self-awareness’, ‘personal empowerment’, ‘authenticity’, and ‘compassion’. My work gradually takes a therapeutic orientation as well as helping entrepreneurs to ‘escape’ traditional corporate life.
