For more than 20 years, I have been working as a business consultant in the SAP environment, contributing to both regional and international projects. During this time, I have been involved in more than 25 projects with various companies—from system implementations to ongoing support and optimization. My experience spans team leadership, business process consulting, software development, and coaching. I have worked with well-known companies such as HeidelbergCement, Deutsche Bahn, Kyocera, and others. In 2008, my encounter with Bert Hellinger shifted the course of my professional life. I immediately realized that constellation work was not just a method—it was a path that integrates the mind, heart, and soul. This passion led me to the UTA Institute and Academy in Cologne, where I trained with renowned teachers such as Ramateertha Doetsch, Subodhi Schweizer, and Dwari Deutsch—highly respected figures in the field of systemic work. Today, I am a certified family and systemic constellation trainer, a board advisor of Constellators International, and the founder of Constellators Georgia. I offer consulting, training, and coaching in systemic and organizational development.

უკვე 20 წელზე მეტია, ვმუშაობ ბიზნეს კონსულტანტად SAP-ის სფეროში – რეგიონალურ და საერთაშორისო პროექტებზე. ამ ხნის განმავლობაში 25-ზე მეტ კომპანიასთან ვმონაწილეობდი სხვადასხვა პროექტში, დაწყებული სისტემების დანერგვით, დამთავრებული მათი შემდგომი მხარდაჭერითა და ოპტიმიზაციით. ჩემი გამოცდილება მოიცავს გუნდის მართვას, ბიზნეს პროცესების ანალიზსა და კონსულტაციას, პროგრამული უზრუნველყოფის განვითარებას და ქოუჩინგს. ვიმუშავე ისეთ ცნობილ კომპანიებთან, როგორებიც არიან HeidelbergCement, Deutsche Bahn, Kyocera და სხვები. როგორც კონსულტანტი, ვმოღვაწეობდი სხვადასხვა სფეროში – გაყიდვები, მატერიალური რესურსების მართვა, უძრავი ქონება და ფინანსები. თითოეულ პროექტში ვეძებდი გზას, როგორ დამენახვებინა ბიზნესისთვის სიღრმე და სტრუქტურა – რაც მაშინ უბრალოდ პროფესიული მიდგომა მეგონა, მოგვიანებით კი აღმოვაჩინე, რომ ამ ყველაფერს კიდევ უფრო ღრმა ფესვები აქვს. 2008 წელს ბერტ ჰელინგერთან შეხვედრამ ჩემი პროფესიული გზა სრულიად ახალ მიმართულებაში გადაიყვანა. მაშინვე მივხვდი, რომ სისტემური განლაგებები არ იყო უბრალოდ მეთოდი – ეს იყო გზა, რომელიც აერთიანებდა გონებას, გულსა და სულს. ამ სიყვარულმა მიმიყვანა კიოლნის UTA ინსტიტუტსა და აკადემიაში, სადაც გავიარე ტრენინგი ისეთ მასწავლებლებთან, როგორებიც არიან რამათირთა დოეტში, სუბოდი შვაიცერი და დვარი დოიჩი – სისტემური სფეროს აღიარებული ფიგურები. დღეს ვარ სერტიფიცირებული სისტემური და საოჯახო განლაგების ტრენერი, Constellators International-ის მრჩეველთა საბჭოს წევრი და Constellators Georgia-ს დამფუძნებელი. ვმუშაობ როგორც გერმანიაში, ისე საქართველოში – ვატარებ კონსულტაციებს, ტრენინგებსა და ქოუჩინგს ორგანიზაციული და სისტემური განვითარების მიმართულებით. ამჟამად ჩემი მთავარი ფოკუსი საქართველოს განვითარებაზეა მიმართული – იმაზე, რომ ეს ღრმა და ტრანსფორმაციული მეთოდი უფრო მეტ ადამიანამდე მივიდეს.
