Born in 1970, I am a consultant in the psychosocial field with a federal diploma (HFP) and have completed further training in Organizational Constellations (Syst® Business Training). In 2025, I will complete the Train-the-Trainer program in Systemic Constellations at the FELD INSTITUT in Cologne. Additionally, I have completed the Train-the-Trainer program in Gestalt Therapy at the IKP Institute for Body-Centered Psychotherapy. Since 2014, I have been regularly offering seminars and further education programs, where I work with constellations and other elements of systemic consulting methods, both in the individual and organizational sectors. I also teach as a lecturer in psychology and HR topics. Additionally, I work as an HR Interim Manager and take on mandates in corporations as well as medium-sized companies. With my extensive experience in adult education, I possess a wide range of skills, including quality management, certification of further education programs, supervision, and lecturing. This long-standing experience has taught me how important it is to address the individual needs of my participants and support them on their journey. Through my work in human resources, recruiting, and outplacement, I have gained deep insights into the psychological aspects of the workplace. My understanding of human behavior, motivation, and performance has helped me develop effective solutions for personnel issues and promote individual development opportunities. With a strong foundation in psychology and a passion for human development, I strive not only to impart knowledge but also to bring about profound change in my participants. I firmly believe that every person has the potential to actively shape their life and experience personal growth, and I am grateful to be part of this process.

Jahrgang 1970. Ich bin Berater im psychosozialen Bereich mit eidgenössischem Diplom (HFP) und habe eine Weiterbildung in Organisations-Strukturaufstellungen (Syst® Business Training) absolviert. Im Jahr 2025 werde ich die Train-the-Trainer-Ausbildung in Systemaufstellungen am FELD INSTITUT in Köln abschliessen. Zudem habe ich die Fortbildung als Train-the-Trainer in Gestalttherapie am IKP Institut für Körperzentrierte Psychotherapie absolviert. Seit 2014 biete ich regelmässig Seminare und Fortbildungen an, in denen ich mit Aufstellungen und anderen Elementen systemischer Beratungsmethoden arbeite, sowohl im individuellen als auch im organisatorischen Bereich. Zudem unterrichte ich als Dozent in Psychologie und HR-Themen. Daneben arbeite ich auch als HR Interim Manager und übernehme Mandate in Konzernen sowie mittelständischen Unternehmen. Mit meiner umfangreichen Erfahrung in der Erwachsenenbildung verfüge ich über ein breites Spektrum an Fähigkeiten, darunter Qualitätsmanagement, Zertifizierung von Weiterbildungen, Supervision und Dozententätigkeit. Diese langjährige Erfahrung hat mich gelehrt, wie wichtig es ist, auf die individuellen Bedürfnisse meiner Teilnehmenden einzugehen und sie auf ihrem Weg zu unterstützen. Durch meine Tätigkeit im Bereich Human Resources Recruiting und Outplacement habe ich tiefe Einblicke in die psychologischen Aspekte der Arbeitswelt gewonnen. Mein Verständnis für menschliches Verhalten, Motivation und Leistungsfähigkeit hat mir geholfen, effektive Lösungen für Personalthemen zu entwickeln und individuelle Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten zu fördern. Mit einem starken Fundament in Psychologie und einer Leidenschaft für die menschliche Entwicklung strebe ich danach, nicht nur Wissen zu vermitteln, sondern auch eine tiefgreifende Veränderung bei meinen Teilnehmenden zu bewirken. Ich glaube fest daran, dass jeder Mensch das Potenzial hat, sein Leben aktiv zu gestalten und persönliches Wachstum zu erfahren und ich bin dankbar, Teil dieses Prozesses zu sein.
