Over 30 years experience as a complementary medicine practitioner with a deep interest in the mental and emotional factors that contribute to health. A lifelong curiosity about death, and a feeling of ease in the space where people are their most vulnerable facing the loss of this life, has guided study and work in the practice of end of life care. Nature is my greatest resource and where I find relaxation and renewal - off grid, in tune with the rhythms and cycles of the natural world.
