I am an experienced training and development consultant, Systemic Coach & Constellation Practitioner, Mindfulness facilitator and Reiki Practitioner & Teacher. I have a background in banking, insurance, sales, marketing and business development, which gives me a unique insight into business processes and the possible challenges. My training began with John Whittington (Coaching Constellations Ltd London) in 2017 and I completed the intensive Practitioner level training in 2019. I facilitated open workshops prior to the pandemic and have recommenced in January 2022. Working with individuals to explore questions such as “am I in the right place”, “how do I live alongside the past”, “am I enough”.
