Hi, I’m Tim. I bring a calm and mindful presence to constellation work, which helps you as a client to experience what the field will show you. I’m a highly experienced business leader, ICF certified coach and strategy / culture consultant, and author of a book on leadership. Please contact me for in person or online constellations which require a steady hand. Topics I feel deeply attuned to are family business, loss or transitional phases, new beginnings. I have over 15 years of experience as CEO of a family business. When I stepped down I acquired knowledge of family and organisation constellations, with a special focus of the attachments and hidden loyalties that occur in family businesses. However I’m also experienced and aligned to constellations on transitions in career or life, loss, new beginnings. I have a calm and peaceful presence that helps the client to face what the field is to show them.

Next to organisation constellations I’m also an ICF certified coach, and training to in family constellations, holding space and becoming a mindfulness meditation teacher. I am the author of a book on leadership called ‘Bring yourself to work. Leading others without draining yourself’.
