Eldership isn’t easily recognisable in our Western world. It’s part of our world that’s disappeared (gone out of fashion, even). Yet it's still seen in indigenous communities such as the Native American Indians or the Aborigines because it is an essential function of a healthy, thriving society. Elders: - Are those who we can turn to as we stand in the eye of the storm. - Symbolise the continuity of life and the connection to the planet and its universal wisdom. - Offer dependability and stability. - Hold the bridge between the physical world, the ancestors and the unknown mystical realm. - Are the wise ones, who capture and decimate history and ancestral wisdom for future generations. As constellators we work in the 'Eldership' realm, standing outside the systems and holding space for what's emerging. There's now a call to raise our visibility as Constellators and to do this we need to know what our unique eldership Niche is. I've founded a 'Community of Elders' to provide a space for leaders, constellators and coaches to learn about the function of eldership in society and systems and hold space for people to find their Eldership Niche and their Voice.
