CI International Recognition

Here we inform you about the details of our International Recognition.

If you want to apply for the CI International Recognition and are not an English native speaker, you will find the translation of our questionnaires into different languages here

Openness, Transparency, and Trust Building

Constellators build the CI platform for Constellators. At CI, we believe in being open and transparent with our clients. They want to know about our professional qualifications when they are deciding whom to entrust with their issues.

Our professional qualification as Constellators is a combination of our “elderhood” state of mind, our expertise in the field we are working in, our qualification and experience as Constellators, and our ability to combine all that in our work.

To show what we’re made of as Constellators, we’ve created profiles with basic info for constellators, trainers, pieces of training, and events. We’ve also put together a recognition procedure that’ll give our clients all the info they need to decide who to trust.

As we’re looking at lots of different applications for our work, we’ve come up with a new way of recognising that’s more in line with the basic ideas of ISO quality management. The recognition procedure is just about the structure. There are no conditions attached to the content.

We call it the STRUCTURAL RECOGNITION PROCEDURE (SRP)

1. Our recognition process (SRP) lets us compare a Constellator’s professional qualifications, regardless of school, philosophy, or field of application. To reach a Practitioner level, you’ll need to prove you’ve done at least 90 hours of training.

2. The recognition process is based on a questionnaire that a big team of colleagues from all over the world helped us to put together. There’s nothing else out there in the international field that’s based on such a high level of constellation expertise and is so internationally recognised.

3. The CI review team does not decide on the quality of the Constellator. The team only checks that the diplomas and certificates prove the answers are correct.

4. We’ll publish the reviewed questionnaire in the profile to keep everyone in the loop. We’ll also add the international recognition emblem and the level of international recognition to the profile.

5. CI International Recognition will be updated each year, for example, through new training, more experience, and new contributions.

International Recognition subscriptions can be cancelled annually until 01. December of the running year.

Our International Recognition for Training

We offer six categories of training, with different lengths. In these six categories, we’ve got two levels of international recognition.

The six Training Categories

more than 15 hours / more than 30 hours
more than 60 hours / more than 90 hours
more than 135 hours / more than 180 hours

The two Recognition Levels
Professional / Gold

No subscription
In contrast to the recognitions for Constellators and Trainers, the Training Recognition is not subscription-based. Instead, it is connected to the date of the training and is valid for a period of 15 months.

Free Event Profiles

For each subscription-based recognition you hold (Constellator or Trainer), you receive three free event and training profiles. These profiles can be found by clients and colleagues through specific search criteria.

Your event and training profiles function as detailed showcases for your work and offerings. For every training we recognise, an additional event/training profile is added free of charge.

Review Fees for the CI recognition

Review Fees for the CI recognition

Our admin fee model for reviewing the application for International Recognition is an annual subscription. The administration fees shown here are for the largest economies by gross domestic product per person (fee = 100%).

According to the 2024 World Bank’s GDP PPP (current international $) classification list, we’ll offer a discount for smaller economies (e.g., discount = 10% or 20%) (Please see the list below).

If you or your company have a valid VAT number and are based in a country with a reverse charge agreement in place with Germany, your fee will be reduced by the applicable VAT amount. (German VAT = 19%).

Recognition for Constellators
150 Euro review fee (incl. 19% VAT) p.a. (subscription)

Recognition for Trainers:
100 Euro review fee (incl. 19% VAT) p.a. (subscription)

International Recognition subscriptions can be cancelled annually until 01. December of the running year.

Recognition for Training:
40 Euro review fee (incl. 19% VAT) for 15 months

The review fees are time-based and adjusted according to the moment in the year when you submit your application for review. This means: the earlier in the year you apply, the higher the proportion of the annual fee. As the year progresses, the fee is reduced proportionally, reflecting the remaining time of the year.

If, for example, you apply for a review on 1 January, the full annual review fee applies.
If you apply on 1 March or any other date later in the running year, the fee will be lower, as part of the year has already passed. Below, you will find an example calculation for your application on the 01. March to illustrate how this adjustment works.

You pay for your application on the 01. March
Review fee for the full year net: 126,05 Euro
divided by 365 days of the year = 0,34 Euro per day
01 Jan.-01. March = 28 days
365-28 = 337 days left for the running year of recognition
0,34 Euro x 337 = 114,58 Euro
(If your billing address is in a smaller economy, a corresponding percentage of the net fee will be deducted.)
114,58 +19% VAT (21,77 Euro) = 136,35 Euro

International Recognition subscriptions can be cancelled annually until 01. December of the running year.
