After studying economics, politics and literature, I spent 25 years in senior positions building up German companies in the recycling industry, turning them around and getting them back on track.
For the last 10 years I have been using this experience to advise companies such as REWE and ALDI on the procurement of recycling services. I also advise small and medium-sized companies, with a focus on business development and sales. I also coach managers in their personal development.
I have also been working intensively with systemic methods for 10 years. First as a learner, then after training as a constellator, I now use them increasingly in counselling and coaching.
I was born in 1959 in Oberhausen, Germany. I live in Cologne and Bruges with Stephanie Hartung. Together with her I founded CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL and am a partner in the FELD Institute Cologne.
Nach dem Studium von Economie, Politik und Literatur habe ich 25 Jahre deutsche Unternehmen der Recyclingwirtschaft in verantwortlicher Position aufgebaut, saniert und wieder auf Kurs gebracht.
Seit 10 Jahren nutze ich nun diese Erfahrungen und berate Unternehmen wie REWE und ALDI beim Einkauf von Recyclingleistungen. Ich berate ebenso kleine und mittlere Unternehmen besonders mit dem Focus Geschäftsentwicklung und Vertrieb. Und ich coache Führungskräfte bei ihrer persönlichen Entwicklung.
Ebenfalls seit 10 Jahren setze ich mich intensiv mit systemischen Methoden auseinander. Erst als Lernender, dann, nach einer Ausbildung zum Constellator, setze ich diese vermehrt nun auch in der Beratung und im Coaching ein.
Ich wurde 1959 in Oberhausen geboren. Mit Stephanie Hartung lebe ich in Köln und Brügge. Mit ihr habe ich 2019 CONSTELLATORS INTERNATIONAL gegründet und bin Partner im FELD-Institut Köln
