Initially, I began my path in the 80s as a physiotherapist. In the 90s, through professional contact with psychosomatic medicine, my interest was sparked in what makes us psychological and social beings, and what holds us together. As a result, I continued to learn and eventually switched to my husband’s medium-sized trading company (50 employees) as head of human resources. After 7 years, I switched again to become a leading therapist at the Landscape Association Rhineland while studying educational sciences concurrently. Ultimately, after around 15 years of an internal perspective in human resources, I changed sides and now work as a trainer, consultant, and coach in personnel and leadership development for institutions and companies.
I am trained as a Systemic Constellator (DGFS), Certified Agile Coach according to ISO 17024, Certified New Work Expert according to ISO 17024, Certified Agile Change Manager according to ISO 17024, Scrum Master (scrum.org), Certified Systemic Coach (SG), Certified NLP Master-Practitioner (DVNLP). I mainly use the constellation work in corporate contexts, for example in conflict situations or when there are disruptions in teams.

About / Mother Tongue

Ursprünglich begann ich meinen Weg in den 80er Jahren als Physiotherapeutin. In den 90er Jahren wurde durch den beruflichen Kontakt mit Psychosomatik mein Interesse an dem geweckt, was uns als psychische und soziale Wesen ausmacht und zusammenhält. Daraufhin bildete ich mich weiter und wechselte schließlich als Personalleiterin in das mittelständische Handelsunternehmen meines Mannes (50 Mitarbeiter). Nach 7 Jahren wechselte ich erneut als leitende Therapeutin zum Landschaftsverband Rheinland und studierte parallel dazu Erziehungswissenschaften. Schließlich wechselte ich nach rund 15 Jahren interner Perspektive im Personalwesen die Seiten und arbeite seither als Trainerin, Beraterin und Coach in der Personal- und Führungsentwicklung für Institutionen und Unternehmen.
Ich bin ausgebildet als Systemischer Aufsteller (DGFS), Certified Agile Coach nach ISO 17024, Certified New Work Expert nach ISO 17024, Certified Agile Change Manager nach ISO 17024, Scrum Master (scrum.org), Certified Systemic Coach (SG), Certified NLP Master-Practitioner (DVNLP). Ich setze die Aufstellungsarbeit vor allem in Unternehmenskontexten ein, zum Beispiel in Konfliktsituationen oder bei Störungen in Teams.
