I am currently involved in IASA 2324 – Family constellation Training & OCATO 2023 – Organizational Constellations advanced training.
As a psychologyst my main working fields are (1) Psychological assessment & psychodiagnostics; (2) Psychoconsultation; (3) Psychoeducation.
I have been working as a Organizational Psychologist & Trainer-consultant in Georgia more than 15 years. Since the beginning of my career I have provided I/O consultancy, managed or conducted personal and organizational development trainings for more than 50 organizations in Georgia.
Education: I am Industrial and organizational (I/O) psychologist & currently working on an PhD in Psychology.
Scientific activity: As an assistant researcher at Dimitri Uznadze Institute of Psychology I am engaged in some scientific activities. My current research focuses on studying issues related to emotional labor & emotional intelligence.
Educational activities: I conduct lectures in Ilia State University on Industrial & Organizational psychology.
