I will share, explain, and demonstrate two ways of working with the Interrupted Reaching Out Movement.
I will support the facilitators (only those participants who are facilitators will practise), and I will also facilitate a constellation — or more, if time allows.

About Laura

I am a Master Constellator with more than 15 years of experience facilitating systemic constellations in both Romania and the United Arab Emirates.

My practice brings together depth, rigour, and accessibility, grounded in a strong commitment to making constellation work available across diverse cultures and contexts.

Over the years, I have trained with and been mentored by some of the most respected figures in the field, including Barbara Morgan, the Bert Hellinger Institute (Netherlands), the International Family and Systemic Constellations Training Institute (Jonine Lee Gabay), Cecilio Fernández Regojo, and Bibi Schreuder.

My learning journey has spanned a wide range of approaches and applications — including family and systemic constellations, systemic dynamics in organisations, systemic pedagogy, systemic management, trauma and healing, leadership, innovation, and personal development.

My professional foundation rests on Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Psychology, further enhanced by qualifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, and other transformative practices.

This multidisciplinary grounding enables me to integrate psychological insight with systemic and therapeutic tools, offering clients a profound, multidimensional approach to growth and systemic healing.
