In this course, you will learn to effectively guide constellations and professionally support clients in overcoming their personal challenges.You will get to know and apply the basics and principles of constellation work.You will use professional issue clarification, genogram creation, and rituals.You will be able to apply the method both in person and online as the situation requires, and integrate its effectiveness into your work.You will develop action alternatives for your clients and sustainably transfer them into their lives.You will get to know yourself better, create order and harmony within yourself and others.

Timestructure

The training in Systemic Constellation Work is a certificate program and includes:

Scope:
10 weekend modules in person + 4 online evenings

When: Fridays 3-8 pm, Saturdays 9 am-5 pm, Sundays 9 am-3 pm + online evenings from 6-9 pm

Duration: September 11, 2026 - June 25, 2028

Additional components: Gathering your own constellation practice (10 hours), group self-exploration (20 hours), peer group work (10 hours), final exam (live constellation under supervision); optional individual supervision

Total training hours: 315 teaching units

Completion: Certificate, recognized by Constellators International

Location: Teamvilla Korneuburg - on the outskirts of Vienna, easily accessible by S-Bahn (suburban train), parking available, and online via Zoom.

Group size: Max. 15 people

Content:

Fundamentals, history, and possibilities of systemic constellation work, systemic thinking, coaching approach

Constellation process, formats, structures, and principles of constellation work, including family constellations, organizational issues, symptom constellations, inner team, etc.

Perception training and methods of holistic facilitation, communication, boundary setting and return rituals

Constellation work in counseling/coaching, both in individual and couples settings, and in groups/teams. Live and online application

Working with floor anchors, figures, and boards, as well as with imagination

Biographical work: genogram creation, timeline work, life integration process

Transferring solutions to everyday life

Working on and reflecting on your own issues,

facilitating constellations under supervision

Written materials on the theory, reading list

Die Ausbildung für Systemische Aufstellungsarbeit ist ein Zertifikatslehrgang und umfasst:

Umfang:
10 Wochenend-Module in Präsenz + 4 Online-Abende

Wann: jeweils Freitag 15-20 Uhr, Samstag 9-17 Uhr, Sonntag 9-15 Uhr + online-Abende von 18-21:00 Uhr

Zusätzlich: Sammeln eigener Aufstellungspraxis (10 Std.), Gruppenselbsterfahrung (20 Std.), Peergruppen-arbeit (10 Std.), Abschlussprüfung (Live-Aufstellung unter Supervision); Optional Einzelsupervisionen

Gesamtumfang der Ausbildung: 315 UE

Abschluss: Zertifikat, anerkennungsfähig bei Constellators International

Wo: Teamvilla Korneuburg - am Stadtrand von Wien, gut mit der Schnellbahn erreichbar, Parkplätze vorhanden, sowie online via Zoom.

Grundlagen, Historie und Möglichkeiten der Aufstellungsarbeit, systemische Denkweise, Haltung als Coach

​Aufstellungsablauf, Formate, Ordnungen, Prinzipien der Aufstellungsarbeit, u.a. Familienstellen, Organisationsthemen, Symptomaufstellung, Inneres Team, etc.

​Wahrnehmungsschulung und Methoden der holistischen Begleitung, Kommunikation, Abgrenzungs- und Rückgaberituale

​Aufstellungsarbeit in der Beratung/Coaching, sowohl Einzelsetting als auch Paarsetting und in Gruppen/
Teams. Live und Online-Anwendung

​Arbeiten mit Bodenankern, Figuren und am Brett sowie mit Imagination

​Biografiearbeit: Genogrammerstellung, Time-Line-Arbeit, Lebensintegrationsprozess

​Transfer der Lösung in den Lebensalltag

​Eigene Anliegenbearbeitung und Reflexion,
selbst unter Supervision Aufstellungen anleiten

​Schriftliche Unterlagen zur Theorie, Literaturliste
