About Ana-Maria

As a Systemic Family Constellation Facilitator, my work centers on the deep, often unconscious roots of personal challenges. I approach each session as a respectful inquiry into what is seeking to be seen and integrated, listening not only to the content of what is spoken but to the unconscious revealing itself through language, symptom, silence, and presence.

My facilitation is further enriched by psychogenealogy, psychosomatics, psychomagic, and EMDR modalities that allow me to meet each client’s process with nuance, care, and systemic clarity.

My approach is also grounded in the richness of my own lived path, from years as a professional karate competitor to a career in engineering. These experiences inform how I hold presence, perceive systems, and guide others, with clarity, depth, and a quiet strength forged through personal evolution. They’ve shaped the way I now hold space: with rootedness, precision, and a deep trust in what emerges from the unconscious when it is met with presence.
