Event Summary
About the event
When we go through a traumatic experience, our inner Self often fractures into three core parts: the Survivor, the Traumatized part, and the Healthy part. In the immediate aftermath, the Survivor takes control, focused solely on getting through. But this survival mode disconnects us from the traumatized part, which remains frozen in time, stuck in the moment the trauma occurred. At the same time, we lose access to the Healthy part—the one that could guide us back into connection and life, but no longer has the strength to do so.In cases of deep wounding, such as sexual abuse, finding a healthy path toward healing can be long, painful, and tangled. Shame and rage often surface in daily life—sometimes subtly, sometimes with overwhelming force—alongside other emotional echoes. Looking only at the victim–perpetrator dynamic can leave us stuck or retraumatised. What’s needed is a more compassionate, layered way to meet what was split.
This workshop invites a process of gentle reconnection. It offers pathways for reuniting the fractured parts of the Self, so that the Survivor may rest, the Traumatized part may be seen, and the Healthy part may return as a grounded, guiding presence. From this renewed wholeness, the next steps in the journey of healing become possible.
